K9 Cleanup is a proud family-owned and operated dog waste removal service based in Edmonton, Alberta. Since starting in 2010 and officially incorporating in 2023, we’ve been dedicated to helping local pet owners keep their yards clean, safe, and comfortable for their families and dogs.
As a family with five kids and two (and counting!) grandkids, our passion for animals runs deep. We understand how important proper pet care and yard maintenance are, which is why we focus on reliable, professional dog poop pickup and residential pet waste removal for Edmonton homeowners.
Whether you choose weekly, bi-weekly, or one-time service, our goal is simple: provide a clean, hazard-free outdoor space where your pets can play and thrive. While not every pup may love us right away, we love them all and treat each dog as if they were our own.
Our technicians pay close attention during every visit. If we notice anything unusual in your dog’s waste or spot a potential hazard in your yard, we’ll let you know right away—and, when possible, provide a sample to take to your vet. Your pet’s health and safety are always a priority.

To schedule a cleaning service, all customers must provide the following mandatory information:
Full name
Complete service address
Valid cell phone number
Valid email address
Number of dogs at the property (if any)
This information is required to confirm your booking, communicate appointment details, and ensure our team is properly prepared for your visit. Bookings cannot be confirmed without all required information.
Yes, it’s preferred for quicker service. Friendly, non-jumping dogs are okay if pre-approved by the technician.
Yard Access
We will not enter your home to access the yard. This is non-negotiable for safety reasons.
Sanitizer
Sanitizer is used only when the temperature is above +15°C
No, we bring all necessary supplies.
Yes, all waste is properly disposed of off-site.
Edmonton, Sherwood Park, St. Albert, Beaumont, and Leduc.
Cash, cheque, E-transfer, and credit card. NSF cheques incur a $50 fee.
Payment is due upon receipt unless other arrangements are made.
Payments not received within the 5-day grace period will incur a 2% monthly interest charge. Accounts that remain unpaid for more than 60 days may have services suspended. Accounts over 90 days past due may be referred to a collections agency and will be subject to a $50 collection service fee.
We operate year-round but may cancel if snowfall exceeds 3 inches in 24 hours or 5 inches in 48 hours, or if temperatures drop below -36°C. Service resumes the following visit.
Yes, we do not work under decks, trampolines, or other inaccessible areas.
Dog waste can transmit diseases like roundworms, hookworms, salmonella, giardia, and E. coli. To reduce risks, we offer Professional Grade Sanitizer upon request for added safety.
